Originally from Tampa Florida, Mark Graduated in Colorado from Columbine High School and then from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He started in the Automotive industry in the early 90’S with Pat Ryan & associates, working in their specialist program and then promoted and became one of their top District Managers. Mark also worked a number of years in the retail side of the industry, which helped land Mark as a partner with the Advantage Group in Atlanta, GA. Growing his training and F&I development skills while there, Mark then ventured out and started the Dealer Performance Group in October of 1999. Today DPG is considered one of the best Finance and Insurance training and Development companies in the automotive Industry, helping their clients to succeed at every customer touchpoint!
Chief Financial Officer
Hal has an extensive and varied background in the automotive industry. As a young Sales Engineer in the late 1960’s, he designed the Ford and Mercury automatic leveling systems for Ford Motor Company. During the seventies and eighties Hal teamed with two other partners to rescue a small company in the Detroit area from bankruptcy, and created Horizon Sportswear. Horizon would become the premier promotional wearables supplier to the automotive industry at that time with more than 200 employees. The company was credited with changing forever the manner in which the Big 3 utilized and promoted the use of ‘promotional wearables’ among their dealer networks; from only once a year during New Model Announcement time to 365 days a year. After relocating to the Atlanta area, Hal formed his owned consulting firm whose ‘Mission Statement’ is “Dedicated to improving the way Business does Business”. In lieu of any F&I experience prior to becoming involved with Dealer Performance Group, Hal adds a unique blend of sales and business administration experience gained across a broad spectrum of businesses.
Brad Geren serves as Regional Manager for Dealer Performance Group. He is based out of the Louisville Kentucky area and manages our field force in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Brad has been in the retail automobile industry since 1984 where he started working at his father’s dealerships in Kansas City. He has worked in almost every position inside of a retail automobile dealership from Lot/Service Porter all the way up to Dealer Principal. Prior to joining Dealer Performance Group, Brad served as Regional Vice President / General Manager / Regional Finance Director for Sonic Automotive. Brad attended Georgia Southern University where he studied business and played football.
In 1978 Todd Howard began his career in the automotive industry earning 25 years of experience with one dealership in Kentucky. He has held positions in Parts, as a Service Technician, as Service Director, and in Finance & Sales Management. From 2003 – 2004 he represented APCO/EasyCare serving as a District Manager in the Kentucky area. Todd joined Dealer Performance Group in 2005 and has applied his many years of experience to develop dealerships in maximizing their profit opportunities using customized programs that fit their needs and helping them keep in compliance.
Kevin Voges is a graduate of Indiana State University with a double major. He has been the automobile business for 21 years and has held the positions of Salesperson, Finance Manager/Director, Sales Manager, and Used Vehicle Operations Manager. He is starting his seventh year with the Dealer Performance group and has been working in Kentucky and Tennessee for the past six years serving as a partner to his Dealers continuing to help them grow and be profitable.
Nadine has been in the automotive industry since 1999.She started her automotive career as a Sales Associate here in Atlanta, Georgia and quickly moved up to Finance Manager, Used Car Manager, and then to Finance Director. Nadine joined Dealer Performance Group in 2010. She works closely with the North Georgia Dealers to maintain high levels of compliance and profitability. Her knowledge in retail sales coupled with more than 10 years of F&I development skills makes Nadine more than qualified to assist dealers in their variable operations.
Brian McCabe has a passion to excel and to deliver uncompromising levels of service. With over 10 years in management and business development, he works with dealerships to exceed their expectations throughout the store. Brian started in the retail business with Billy Howell Ford and has worked as an F&I Specialist in 4 states. Brian graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2002 and has been with Dealer Performance Group since 2010.
Having been in the automotive industry since 1988, Terry brings many years of experience to Dealer Performance Group. Terry has held a variety of positions on the retail side of the industry, including Sales, Secondary and Primary Finance Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. He also served as a Regional Finance Director for Sonic Automotive. Terry is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and still lives in the Birmingham area.
Alex joined Dealer Performance Group in 2016 as a District Manager in the state of Tennessee. Alex’s automotive business career began in 1993 in Atlanta as a Sales Associate at a Nissan store, then quickly moving to a Lexus and Mercedes store. In 2003 he joined Sonic Automotive spending 14 years gaining knowledge and experience in positions as a Finance Manager, Finance Director and Sales Manager in various Luxury Brand stores. Alex attended San Antonio College in Texas, where he studied Business Administration, and later graduated from Asher School of Business in Atlanta.
Maxine Green has over 30 years in the automotive industry and has held a variety of positions such as Sales Associate, Finance Manager, Warranty Administrator, and Office Manager. With her well-rounded understanding of the inner workings of a dealership, she provides valuable administrative support for our staff members at various levels. She also serves as a liaison between our field staff, clients and vendors. Maxine has over 25 years of accounting experience and is a Certified Advanced Bookkeeper. She has been with Dealer Performance Group since 2005
Originally from Houston, TX, Jill Hunter has lived in Georgia for over 20 years. She attended Kennesaw State University and Gwinnett Tech. Jill came to Dealer Performance Group in 2014, she works with the field staff and vendors to help manage critical details on accounts. She lives in Marietta with her husband and two children.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Brandy graduated from the American college in London, England with a BA in International Business. Brandy joined the Dealer Performance Group Team in 2017. She works at the home office supporting the marketing department, sales team, and vendors. She lives in Canton with her husband and two sons.
Associate District Manager
Katherine Parker is a bright new edition to DPG who grew up in San Diego and relocated to North Atlanta with her family. Katherine has a diversified background in sales, and sales management. Ms. Parker strives to be a company oriented and career focused woman whose attention to detail, tenacity and ability to see things to fruition are only a few of her many positive characteristics which make her a welcome addition to the DPG Sales Team.
Associate District Manager
Scott Jameson started his career in the automobile business right out of college as a New Car Manager in 1985. He has since accumulated over thirty years in the automobile business filling the positions of Finance Manager, Used Car Manager and Sales Manager as well as owning his own independent dealership. Scott serves the Kentucky/Tennessee area providing dealers the highest quality F&I products and service on the market.
